  1. Create a culture of "cameras on"

      2. Don't meet just to meet

        1. make sure you have goals and objectives that require dialogue and collaboration. No one likes a power point they could read on their own

  3. Conduct regular one-on -one connections face- to -face

    1. Leadership rounding virtually

    2. Have a loose agenda

  4. Incorporate fun into the virtual culture

    1. Hop on before the meeting start time to make time for social chit chat at the before the meeting starts

    2. Start role call with a bit of trivia, or easy question,

      1. Are you a cat or dog person, lake or beach?

      2. gather childhood photos post on communication platform for all to guess.
